Ashberry's room was pretty small. It was because she was hardly ever in there. The walls were bookshelfs. There was a dusty piano shoved in the corner. It moved around the rooms, but was stored in Ash's room, because she was always taking it to just play a few notes. She had a more modern taste than more vampires, liking pop and techno music, as well as authors that were still living. The only thing people used her room for were semi-private conversations. Only semi because of the mind-readers.

"Oh my god, Leila." Ash lounged on the chair, and put away the music staff she was working on. She could only ever get half through the song. "You're so annoying."

"You'll just have to deal," Leila raised her eyebrows. "What are you working, anyways? Some kind of symphany? If so," Leila beamed, "I can help!" She said excitedly.
"Actually, I could really help with anything. And I could write flute parts... And clarinet parts..." She went on and on..

"Don't be showing off," Ashberry coughed out. She choked on some dust. "I want to do this one on my own. It's kind of about what it's like to hunt small prey."

"Sorry," Leila smiled. "I can't write music far as well as you, though..." It was true. Leila could only make small tunes, but nothing like Ashberry's, She patted Ashberry's back. "Even though your younger, you've always been like an older sister." Leila smiled softly. And without sound, Leila went out the door.

Ash coughed more. She flashed in and out to get the Swiffer, and hummed as she dusted.
