Alexa walked to the beach instead of her house. It wasn't too bad however, you could see the beach from her house.
She found he log, the big one that was in her drawing spot. She sat on it and waited patiently; she had calmed down a bit since what happened.
Things needed to be cleared out before she went on any side for this war that she had nothing to do with yet had to fight it.
And they were going to be cleared up right now.

Leila crossed the treaty line at noon.
"What?" She asked. [/color]

"So I'm going with you. But I need to know what's up with this. Why do you seem so eager for this?" Alexa asked. It just didn't seem like her. She talked about the Voltouri a lot and she's rejoining them? It didn't make sense. Maybe it did with others, but not with her. She wanted to know the whole truth before she risked her life for anyone.

Leila squinted her eyes, then shut them tightly for a few moments. "It's a long story, and I'm glad you're coming with, as long as you tell nobody..." Leila told her.
"Promise?"

"Why would I tell anybody? I just don't like this feeling that there's more to you and his situation than you're letting on; and I'm not going to fight in a war with messed up facts." Alexa said.
She shut her eyes thinking of all the possibilities. All she could think of was that there was a lover for her in Volterra and she wanted to see him again. Her head was confused.

Leila looked at her, disgusted, reading Alexa's thoughts. "Ew, crap Alexa. I would never love one of those horrid Volturi Guards. I'm saving the Cullens." Leila sighed, getting prepared for a long story short.
"My Coven, and my cousins, they don't get how powerful the Volturi are. They think they can beat them, just like that with a snap. But I've sided with the Volturi once: They are so tough, much tougher than us. And if I know their secrets, I can use them against them to save us."

Alexa smiled. A light bulb went off in her head. It all made sense now. Thank god someone had sense here. The Cullens were going to die. They needed someone to help them. She sighed.
"Well, that answers a lot of questions. I was thinking of....well you heard those thoughts. Ew. But how would you communicate with the Cullens from Volterra; surely they have someone to sto that?" she asked, a bit confused.

Leila turned her head in the universal no motion. "That's it, Alexa. Key point. Cullens hate my guts, and don't know I'm helping them."

"So why can't you tell them? I'm sure they'd understand?" Alexa said confused. Since there were no secrets in the packs, she didn't quite understand why there were always secrets surrounding the covens of these vampires.

Leila smiled. It was a good question, but only Leila knew the answer. The Volturi would find out if it was all of them. It just took a touch from Aro. "Because, Lex. It's too obvious if it's all of us. He trusts me. Aro, I mean. He won't read my mind if I tell him not to. He still has my trust. But if I were to include any of the Cullens in this---Except for my sister, since Aro thinks she's pretty swell for those four days she was in the Volturi---they'd have to gain their trust. That takes more than a while. And why I'm telling no one: Because if my plan foils, we could end up dead, Alexa. I know Aro won't read the wolves minds; the smell is too much of a stench for him... So if we're lucky, he'll pass you by. I believe I can do this. I believe we can do this! I just feel bad that I don't believen the Cullens on their own."
And that was all but lies.

Alexa decided to accept that answer and move on. Something told her that Leila wasn't going to say everything, but she decided to leave it alone. She learned all she needed to let her know that what they weree fighting for involved the wolves as well, whether they liked it or not. She thought long and hard for a moment and decided what she was gong to do.
"Then if you need to pass information along, I can do it. The mind link between me and the pack is temprarily broken, but I can relay the messages to Sam if you'd like. And even if Aro did try to touch me, I think he'd stop once I bare my teeth."
After what she said she realized it would be risky, but she'd rather die than for people to have to change, and its better to die fighting than to die afraid.
