Temporarily, Saoirse was living in California. She was only planning on staying for a week or so. Then she would travel to Washington. She wanted to see if her friend, Iris, still remembered and tolerated Saoirse.
Saoirse was playing with some clay she got from some guy with blonde hair. (OOC: xDDDDD) A few minutes later, after she had accomplished making a perfectly shaped teardrop, it exploded all over her. "What the heck?" she said. She remembered the boy who had given it to her had been trying not to laugh, but she had ignored that, as he too was a vampire. Saoirse growled, the promised herself to hurt him in some way if she ever saw him again. Then she wiped the soot off her face and arms, changed her clothes, and vacuumed the spot on the floor where she had been sitting.
Saoirse stood up and realized the soot had exploded up at the ceiling, too. She kicked the vacuum and re-promised herself to hurt him.
I'll never sell this stupid house if there's a huge stain of soot on the ceiling, Saoirse thought. She glared at nothing in particular and searched around her house for something to use to reach the ceiling. She finally found a fairly long mop and spent an hour trying to get it all off. There was still a gray, disgusting-looking stain left over, but Saoirse pretended it wasn't there and considered herself done cleaning.
Hunting time, Saoirse thought. I wonder what poor people will be out camping or hiking today. She strode out her front door, down several streets, and out to the forest.
