Lacey was sitting in the hallway, listening to her ipod. She really wasn't in the mood to go to class. She was feeling testy that day, and most people were avoiding her for it. She didn't know what had came over her so abruptly, but she just wan't that sociable at the time. She was the exact opposite of socialble. She was unsociable as she questioned her very existance.
She leaned against her locker, slamming it fairly hard with her head in the process. She didn't grimance, seeing as she never really felt any pain anymore, but just had closed her eyes. She was just thinking about life, how her day was going, how she would play out tomorrow. She snickered a little when she recalled that humans thought that living forever was interesting. Personally, Lacey would've loved to die already. Everything was so slow that day, the complete oposite of exciting.
She growled to herself a little, feeling even more iritable and self aware, when she had heard footsteps down the hallway. Her snarl wasn't loud, a human could barely hear it. It was intended to be that way.

Nofie skipped down the hallway in no hurry at all. She saw Lacey wasn't in the best mood so she stopped beside her. "Lacey...." She started as she spread a smile across her own face as she tried to make her happier. "Whats wrong? Who's being nasty to my Lacey? Who do I have to smack?" She asked as she giggled bubbly. She dropped her notebook and sat down right in the middle of the floor, she liked to help people. She had to cheak her locker and go to class anyway but she didn't mind missing class if it ment Lacey was sad, she hated when people were sad.

"Hi, Nofie, nice to see you..." She muttered grimly, looking up with a blank expression. "Nah, no one's messing with me. No smacking required right now. The weather is all... screwed up. It's making me feel yucky." She sighed, looking out the window. She really didn't enjoy any of this rain, but she kept up with it. She felt something bad going to happen though, maybe a blizzard or some type of typhoon down by La Push. All animals had this freaky sense of danger, and they migrated. Surely the wolves would feel the distress too. "So what brings you here, don't you have class or something?"

Nofie grinned. "I might have class but if another Cullen is sad, then, as far as the school is conserned, I'm sick." She remarked and looked out the window also. She saw the bad weather, She threw out a sigh as well. "If life hands you prunes make prune juice!" Nofie stated, very origionally. "Just, try to look at the positive side of the rain." She stood and put her own face to the window. "If you imagine, every little rain drop contains a little creature, that's on a fun ride. So many smiling little creatures who fall down far from the clouds and gather with their friends in puddles, then, they go up, up, up! Into the clouds, were the sky is the limit! They sit and float as they gather with their friends again, ready to fall down down onto your cheeks and hair to give you little water kissies! The best part is- they all love you, they fall down hoping to land on little Laceys face to give her kissies to cheer her up. The thunder, that's when their angry, wanting others to come out and play with them. Every rain drop is a friend that only wishes to be with you, to play with you." She ended, finally, as she made some sence as she spoke. "I know I'm no good to talk to because of imagionation and because of how I can talk to much, and I'm sorry if I bother you, just say the word and I'm gone." She added before she took a deep breath.

"Awesome, Nofie," She laughed, proud that another Cullen had decided to skip. "Ew, Lacey hates prunes and their juices." Her nose crinkled up in disgust, curling up a little more against the lockers. "Very nice, Nofie, very nice. Unrealistic, but good fantasy about rain." She smiled, laughing a little after her little explanation. "Being talkative and having an imagination is such a good thing, don't apologize... And don't leave either, I'd love a company right now.

Nofie smiled her bubbly smile. "Well, You see, prunes are gross and nasty and prune juice is weird and different, meaning, just turn your nasty, ugly moments in life into something weird and different. I used prune juice because no one drinks it, which means no one will suck your life away in a colorful bendy straw." She replied with a smile. "Its un-realistic? Ohh.." she paused with a blank look on her face. "Okiez!" She responded from no where and dropped to the floor again.
